Shipping Policy

There are two options you can choose: pick up from our store Hilsers Jewellers 13 Castle Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry between 9.30 am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday or have it delivered you will see this option at the Check out.

We ship orders on working days Monday to Saturday that usually take between 1-3 working days to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with the exception of Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend, and Christmas. Orders are delivered by An Post.

To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.

Stock

If when you order something it is temporarily out of stock which can happen we will contact you regarding this as soon as possible. You can decide to wait for it to arrive back in-store or avail of a refund. If an item is out of stock from our website we can usually source this within 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the item

Orders over €100 free of charge

All other orders are €5.00
